Hockey Game

Sam was so excited to finally skate at the Austin Bruin's Hockey game. Despite a bad cold he made it onto the ice. Look for number 18 in a black jersey, with white hockey socks and that his him. He made it through skating and 1/2 of the Austin Bruin's hockey game. Then his cold got the best of him and he went home to bed. At least he had a great time on the ice!

Hockey Time

We spend a lot of time at the hockey rink, but Sam continues to love every minute of it.  Here are a couple fun photos from today.

I have been having a great time teaching Faith Formation on Wednesday nights.  I team teach 2nd grade with another women.  It is a big year because in the Catholic church they do 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion.  This is Sam and his friend Joe after 1st Reconciliation.  They both did a great job talking to the priest and following through with their penance afterwards.  Here they are ready to enjoy lunch at Applebee's after their big morning.

I couldn't resist grabbing some video of Sam and his friend having a little dance party to Gangnam Style. I love that they went upstairs to add the blinking sunglasses to their attire!

Ellie performed 3 dances at the winter show. It was so fun to watch! The last hip hop is a special session. The kids learn this dance in 3 hours.
