More Christmas Fun

The weekend after Christmas led to much fun too.  Due to our kids schedules the usual Dec. 19, 20 Christmas in Granite Falls celebration didn't happen. It ended up working out that everyone could come to our house.  By Saturday night I hosted 17 people in my little house.  It worked out great- plenty of food, even space for all, and lot and lots of fun!!!  Thanks to mom and dad I had a new kitchen table which led to an extra table for food and chairs for all to sit.  Mom and Dad provided us delicious Piggy Blues for lunch and then we did our appetizer supper including Grandma Marie's famous hot dogs.

Enjoy just a few of the memories made during this special family time!

Merry Christmas 2014

Last year the tradition of Mom, Dad, and Colin coming to Austin on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was started.  It was nice of the weather to cooperate again and for us all to be together.  My friend Corey joined us too.  There was yummy food, lots of conversation, laughter, presents for all.  The kids started Christmas Eve with a celebration in Eagen with Dave's family and then joined us to go to bed and of course wake up to see if Santa came.
