Sam and his dad shared some special bonding during wrestling this season. Sam was young, but had a great time. He loved practice so much he was sometimes too excited to focus. When he was in a match there was a smile on his face or he laughed the whole time. When I asked Sam if he wanted to wrestle when he was 5, he said yes. We will wait to see what next season brings. For now we are just happy he had fun, while his dad helped coach, mom learned a bit about being a "wrestling" mom, and well his sister was simply bored.

Ellie was so excited about Reader's Theatre at school. These were short plays the children read and acted out. Ellie was the narrator for two plays. I was lucky enough to be able to get out of work for a few minutes so I could go enjoy her plays.
