It has been a busy week of practice for the Austin Packers, they wanted to prove themselves at the Homecoming game. The guys played their hearts out. The score was 18-13 with less than two minutes to go. Packers moved down the field making great plays- then with less than a second an interception leads to the score ending 24-13. It was heartbreaking- well actually stomach flipping- it was so exciting and yet nerve wracking. A bummer of a loss but amazing effort by a great team.

Taking One for the Team
Dave decided one way to get his players pumped up for practice and the upcoming game was to actually suit up and practice with them. As you can tell he was really taking some hits. -that crazy guy but it must have worked there was some hard hitting/blocking tonight. |
